Attendance and Performance Register: (Grade 1-7)
Student’s yearly attendance along with home work, effort, notebook maintenance and fortnightly test marks are recorded on computerized attendance register. Fortnightly test system is carried out throughout the year to keep the students on their toes and make them aware of the value of meaningful learning. The students get their monthly progress report at the end of every month. This monthly progress report is included in their final Term report.
JUNIOR I – VII:
Formal mid-year examination is held at the end of the first term and an annual examination at the conclusion of the final term. In addition to the examination results, the term marks reflect a student’s all round progress, including the performance in fortnightly tests.
SENIOR VIII – X
Examinations are modeled on the Lahore board pattern giving due consideration to the academic attainment targets of the classes concerned. Mock examinations are held in preparation for the final examination after course coverage.
Grand Test System
To meet the challenges of time and get high grades in board Examination, the school organizes a Grand Test System for Grade 9th and 10th. The students of Metric classes are assessed and prepared for board examination under a systematic test system. Parents get the progress report of the students every month through an interactive meeting with teachers. The meeting is supplemented with the information conveyed by report cards along with cash prizes for the position holders. Parents are informed about the students’ specific strengths and weaknesses in individual subjects by showing them progress report.
Computerized Monthly Reports are generated every month which include attendance and academic record of the students. These Monthly Reports are sent to the parents. Parents are also invited to attend Parent Teacher Meeting. The meeting is carried out with the information conveyed by report cards. Students’ academic weak areas are discussed in detail
